Keep a steady flame
Pick a short session window and an end cue before play begins. Stop on the cue, whether the last screen looked celebratory or disappointing.
Protect everyday fuel
Meals, rest, work, study, movement, relationships, and bills come before the Crown Room. Free credits are not a reason to surrender time needed elsewhere.
Notice excess heat
Playing secretly, returning while upset, losing track of hours, or feeling compelled to continue means the session has become too hot and needs a longer cooling period.
Extinguish access
